Timberland At Lake Tahoe

Timberland is a housing community in Lake Tahoe that is south of Tahoe City on Highway 89, recorded by Placer County in 1934 as the Timberland Tract.

It has maintained its original character of a quiet, wooded neighborhood surrounded by national forest.

TAHO, Timberland Association of Homeowners, is a mutual-benefit corporation established in 1986 as a social organization.

Support of TAHO is limited to property owners within the tract.

Support is 100% voluntary for the social and environmental activities within the neighborhood. Everyone is always welcome at events.
