Timberland Association of Homeowners

There is a Board of Directors of five members who volunteer their time to organize social events during the summer months, provide funds for green waste dumpsters, contribute to the Firewise efforts, share neighborhood information and involve community resources.

The association was formed in 1986 by a group of residents with the specific purpose of hosting neighborhood recreational and social events that benefit the owners of residences, long-time renters, and residential lots in the Timberland Tract, Placer County, Lake Tahoe, California.

Current 2026 Board members are:

• Treasurer: Joan McDonald

• Member: John G Waite

• Secretary: Victoria Railton (Vic)

Support is voluntary and is funded by non-tax-deductible annual dues of $50 per year.
